Australian Beach Games Official Charity – Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue is proud to be the official charity of the Australian Beach Games.  Beyond Blue wants to encourage all Australians to not only be physically healthy, but mentally healthy and getting outside and keeping active is a great way of helping create positive mental health in your life.  Because mental health affects all of us, we’re equipping everyone in Australia with the knowledge and skills to protect their own mental health. We’re giving people the confidence to support those around them, and making anxiety, depression and suicide part of everyday conversations.  And as well as tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination, we’re breaking down the barriers that prevent people from speaking up and reaching out.

Make sure you come down and check out the Beyond Blue Marquee at the Food Truck Carnivale to chat with our team, grab some information and get involved in some of our fun activities, including grabbing a photo at our Beyond Blue Photo Booth.  We will also have the Urban Man Barber team down all day Saturday giving haircuts and shaves with 100% of money raised being donated to Beyond Blue.
